This afternoon we were driving into town, and I looked up at the mountains across from the river and yet again marveled that this is our home town. We’re still in the discovery phase – new hiking trails, new restaurants, new….everything. Saturday night we will get our first big snow, and there’s snow shoeing and cross-country skiing just minutes away.
I just feel so lucky. Everything looks different depending on the time of day we hike.
